Mary is an accomplished marketing leader who has worked with brands, agencies and venture capital firms, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes for companies to succeed.

Based in Northern California, Mary most recently spent 4+ years at lululemon where she was responsible for creating and supporting marketing initiatives through brand + community marketing, partner relationships, talent management, events, and overall networking savvy.

Prior to lululemon, Mary was on the first hire at The Assembly, a wellbeing startup built by and for people who love to connect IRL. She made the leap to start-up life after almost a decade as a detail-oriented Operator in Venture Capital. Her ability to pivot between sectors allows her to see business from all perspectives, allowing a more holistic view on what it takes to be successful in today’s environment.

In her free time, she is a Pilates instructor, parent, music lover, book worm, nature seeker, dreamer, and realistic optimist.
